Fuel Coordination

Weight and Balance Documentation and physical Dispatch

Deliver load control related documents.

Process and sign documents and information(Loading instructions, load and trim sheets, Captain's load information and manifests)

Compile, receive, process and send all messages in connection with the services.

Communication between the ground station and the Carrier's aircraft.

Company assigned VHF frequency (frequency “132.00”)

Provide meteorological documentation and aeronautical information

Prepare/sign the operational flight plan according to the instructions and data provided by the Carrier

Prepare/sign the Air Traffic Services (“ATS”) Flight Plan.

Request/Manage the Carrier's slot time allocation with the ATS

Provide Aircraft crew briefing

Prepare/sign the fuel order and the fuel distribution form

Obtain a debriefing from incoming crews, distributing reports or completed forms to offices concerned.

Crew transportation to/from off airport locations

Flight permits (with Guatemalan State and AILA)
